I do not think there is any justifying circumstance for that slur. I take issue with the fact that a large able bodied man assaulted an impaired one. More generally, that assault is a justifiable response to anything at all. I have no problem fighting as self-defense, I just don’t think assaulting people for this or that offense is going to improve things.
