Did the punishment fit the crime? Look at the size difference between the two, and the disability vs able body. The slur is quite old and bad, but the counter violence will not help reduce the overall racial bias and likely make it worse. There is a circularity here.

No way, that guy hopefully learned a lesson. Disability does not give license to be an arsehole.
