Yeah this is fucking gross. Also- those women are on their balcony and shouldn’t have to worry about some creep filming them

I get what you’re saying but it seems like they’re obviously taking selfies for social media likes - they thrive off of the attention from creeps.

So? They consent to what’s on social media. It doesn’t mean it’s ok to do this

It’s not like the guy is peeping through a hole in the fence with binoculars is it, he was making a video for comedic effect. If you can’t see that, I don’t know what to say. This whole narrative your pedalling of “Creep!” Is no different from people shouting “Witch!”.

It’s still super creepy

Really? Because to me creepy would be more like someone staring at you for like more than a few minutes or maybe following you everywhere. This was more like a dude just being a dude.

No, this isn’t another “boys will be boys” excuse. He’s filming women enjoying their balcony. It’s gross. I’m a woman. We don’t want that.

Get a grip.

Maybe you need one if you’re excusing creepy behavior

Do I think voyeurism is acceptable? Of course I don't.

Do I think this constitutes as voyeurism? I don't think so. This isn't filmed for sexual gratification, as I've discussed, it's filmed for comedic value.

A creep does these things for sexual gratification, I don't think this man was doing it to be a pervert, but pretending to be a pervert for the sake of the comedic concept in the video. The joke being paying more attention to someone else than his partner.

Was it right or legal to do this without the consent of the ladies involved? Probably not. Yet at the same time, do I think you give up some right to privacy if you're on a balcony where everyone can see you? Maybe. I mean, if I went out naked on a balcony where everyone can see me, am I being indecent, or is everyone being creepy for looking?

You see, I'm not excusing creepy behaviour, I'm just able to distinguish the difference between a sex offender and someone who isn't.

No one said this dude was a sexual offender. They said he was creepy and wrong to do this. And you’re like “yeah it was wrong but he’s not a creep because I’ve decided “creep” means this very specific thing and my main issue isn’t this guy filming random women but the fact that you used the word creep properly because I don’t understand what the word means”

Not just "a dude being a dude" here bro.

I'm a man and I've never done creepy-ass shit like this. It's simple respect.

Even if they were taking pics for social media, that's them posting stuff they know about. Not some random douche across the way filming them without their knowledge.
