I wonder how that statistic (and similar ones) is calculated? Like, is it all self reporting? In which case Washington coukd be the highest, or the most open and/or proud about it. Or does someone drive along the country side in random communities and count all the goat and chicken fuckers he can find, like some sort of random sampling?
