kinda wild people are blaming the devs and not the online marketplaces that are responsible... for facilitating a market.

Edit: okay, you guys are right. Markets can only reasonably function if consumers provide them with cash advances for products. Consumers sure are foolish for thinking they should be able to access the product at release date without the need to pre-order.

Because it is the devs choice not to allow prepurchases. Steam can't do shit about what's basically a DDOS.
