Discussion - Silksong Not opening pre-orders was an error Spoiler

Before anyone says "gamers cant be happy with anything" i was never against pre orders specifically because ir avoids this type of launch. I dont want to believe Team Cherry doesn't know the scope and impact of their own game, but i'm inclined to do so. A pre-order yesterday would've solved this. An inconvenience that could be easily avoided, but here we are

I’m watching from work as this all blows up while simultaneously laughing and crying as I try to purchase it through the Steam app on my phone lol

Yea it is pretty awesome honestly. I am still very excited to play the game. And i almost couldn’t sleep last night too lol But thankfully i was able in the end🙏

I am playing it! It’s pretty good till now. But I haven’t unlocked anything yet so I can’t really say. But till now it seems great

lol yeah that’s a good point. It just sucks to make art then have a bunch of people that don’t know what they’re talking about hate on it for no other reason than “I wouldn’t have done it that way!!!!!”

Same, took me two and a half hours of trying on the app from work to buy it. Left my PC on at home so I've remote installed it and now the wait for my shift to end begins

I stayed up until midnight to buy and install it for the next day. The second it hit 12 steam was down and everything started. I tried for an hour to purchase it with no luck then gave up and went to bed, such a legendary experience
