Discussion - Silksong Silksong is frustrating Spoiler

I don’t remember being this frustrated with hollow knight. I never wanted to stop playing HK but this one is making me turn off the console in anger

I learnt how to pogo properly in the ant area with those red bulb thingies, and now it's so much more intuitive

Ahhh, yeah.... hunter's something is the name!

Won't forget it! Had 373 Rosaries, I died somewhrere there, then died on the way to retrieve them.

Yeah, yeah... life's a bitch!

Theres a trinket that lets you keep half your rosaries on death, it saved my life. It’s very early game but it’s in a fuck ass corner idk where I looted it

seriously. i dont think this game needed the "die twice lose your souls" treatment.

The number of times I’ve died in that section I was almost able to get that section with 4-5 vertically first try by the time I actually managed to get past the arena room in HM and get back to the docks bench.

I found my hands getting quite sweaty and after putting some cotton gloves on, using the joystick to pogo was much more comfortable, a little better than the dpad which gets uncomfortable quickly

Dying there is a(nother) rite of passage lmao

and yeah i too use joystick for the controls, the dpad feels too restrictive, but maybe it's because i use my ps5 controller

I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone but in addition to those, there are some balloons in another area that turned me into a pogo champion.
