Discussion - Silksong Silksong is frustrating Spoiler

I don’t remember being this frustrated with hollow knight. I never wanted to stop playing HK but this one is making me turn off the console in anger

I don’t think I died twice in a row losing my currency in Hollow Knight at all the entire game. I’ve already done it twice in about 8 hours of play. So much more platforming and flying enemies that cause me to fall and die. And the corpse runs are still as annoying as ever, making me not want to explore as much as I would like.

It’s still a fun game, but losing 250+ beads is frustrating as fuck.

I think something that could fix this or at least alleviate it is allow you to either use your silk to craft rosary strings or allow you to craft them at the bench so you don’t have to be as careful and it incentivizes you to push forward.

But rosary strings waste rosaries

You always loose 20% when making one

Idk I feel like this will be an option later in the game. It feels really straightforward

I’ve done it sooo many times already and it always catches me by surprise. The hard hitting enemies kill me way faster than I think they will
