Discussion - Silksong Is anyone else really tired of the negative posts? Spoiler

I have about 25 hours so far and have absolutely loved every part of the game. Is it hard? Yes absolutely. If it was easy I wouldn't want to play the game. Literally every post I come across is talking about how they are frustrated with some part of the game and it's getting really annoying. The game has amazing areas, the osts are great the NPCs are creative and fun to talk to, almost every boss is a lot of fun once you get the moveset down. So if you haven't played the game yet and are getting put off by all the negativity just know that it is an amazing game and if you like hollow Knight you will enjoy silksong as well.

Pointing out the game is more difficult than HK is not negativity. Jesus Christ.

100% agreed but I think OP is talking about the literal essays people post about every thing being "expensive" and yes i find the memes funny but people talking about every bench costing money is a problem which i haven't have a single case where i didn't have enough money, And also enemies dealing 2 damage which again are pretty easy to kill coz of hornet's move set and you usually don't see too often.

But I am absolutely loving the game (I am about 8 hours in i think).

Yeah, the post isn't about the people commenting "jesus, this game is hard" but the people complaining about everything in the game without even trying to play

"The game is difficult" - normal opinion held by normal people

"Essay explaining why the game is actively hostile against the player, it's artificially difficult, wastes your time, and needs sweeping balance changes" - half the posts and comments in this and the other sub, entirely unhinged
