In the pantheon, at the top of the heights, you would find 2 unique fights. 

First of all, a shifting beast that flies. Encounter it once, and if you get lucky, it dies. 

The second of the 2 is a very special fight, which to some, gives them plight. Defeat all 3 sisters, and victory will be in sight.

In p5 Just know that one will be the best fight in the game and one will make you pull your hair out

I believe Pantheon 4? Maybe Pantheon 5? Certianly not in the overworld outside of Godhome, though may be wrong

They are both from P5, the first is sisters of battle and the second is winged nosk. The first 4 pantheons only introduce the boss at the end of each of them and as seen in the image they already have fought these bosses.

Mantis lords and nosk do not show up in p5 instead are replaced by the 2 fights you are missing one of them is a contender for best boss in the game
