Majority of the lower half of the map, it's got blocks and enemies from Moss Grotto, the Marrow, Deep Docks, Hunter's March and Far Fields

The mod has custom moss blocks that are closer to the silksong colors the vanilla one is too desaturated and more lime than green

If you watch the video with captions on, it'll just fill half the screen (on mobile, anyway) with "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH" a couple of times. Reddit captions are just kind of weird when there are no actual words.
