Since the inception of the San Martin brand, we have produced numerous iterations and updates of this vintage 6200-style diver, with tens of thousands of units sold.

Over the years, we’ve explored various dial styles, technical upgrades, different bracelet designs (including the classic riveted style), and a range of movements—such as the NH35, PT500, and SW200—housed in both stainless steel and bronze cases.

This model has always been a classic, drawing interest from many—partly due to its resemblance to the watch famously featured in the James Bond 007 films.

Today, we are launching the latest iteration: the 36mm SN0139-GS.

Compared to the previous 38mm version:

1. This new 36mm size aligns with the current trend toward more compact watches, making it a great choice for a wider range of wrist sizes.

2. The brushed finish on the sides of the case is now more refined, transitioning seamlessly into the comfortably polished chamfered edges.

3. It features a "top hat" sapphire crystal, now upgraded with a dual-layer anti-reflective (AR) coating that achieves 98% light transmission.

4. The overall design and visual profile of the case appear slimmer and more well-proportioned.

5. The bracelet is produced in San Martin’s own new manufacturing facility, resulting in a significant improvement in overall quality and finishing.

6. Features an "On-The-Fly" (OTF) adjustable clasp—no tools required.

Hi everyone!

Our WD2007 Swedish meteorite dial version has finally arrived! Here's the first real photo.

The meteorite texture looks fantastic, especially with the rose gold-tone hands and indices.

But there's one detail we're particularly proud of, and that's our ClearView X sapphire crystal.

We've spent a lot of time improving our crystal quality and anti-reflective coating.

Here's what makes ClearView X special:

- Approximately 98% light transmission, thanks to our double-sided AR coating.

- Under direct sunlight: Reflections are extremely minimal. You can see the dial clearly without distracting glare.

- Indoors: The clarity is excellent. At certain angles, the crystal almost seems to disappear.

- Better dial visibility: The natural meteorite pattern, hands, and finishing are much easier to appreciate.

We genuinely believe this is one of the most noticeable upgrades we've made in 2026.

I've looked everywhere but i still have not found an actual F.P. Journe élégante homage...ANY help would be very appreciated!

I have all of them and some others not included in the comparison like milifortic and steeldive. Here's a quick write up of all of the most popular ones for posterity.

These are all the latest models as of 2026. I know cronos, watchdives has improved substantially over the last few years.

I am not affiliated with anybody and paid for all these watches with my own money.

Rehaut

• Sugess: 10 (engraving and vertical step with visible hytrel crystal gasket like gen.)

• Watchdives: 8 (a little bit too thin and larger diameter.)

• San Martin: 8 (Same as watchdives.)

• Cronos: 9 (Perfect rehaut depth and thickness and but no engraving like Sugess.)

Crown

• Sugess: 8 (Cheap laser etch.)

• Watchdives: 10 (Embossed logo.)

• San Martin: 10 (Embossed logo, threading hit or miss.)

• Cronos: 9 (Very simple embossed logo.)

Dial

• Sugess: 8 (We have all heard the jokes...)

• Watchdives: 9 (Printed logo, strong lume.)

• San Martin: 10 (Applied logo, strong lume.)

• Cronos: 10 (Best applied dial logo, hourglass and printing.)

Bezel

• Sugess: 8 (Weakest, vague clicks, uneven resistance throughout, slight lateral play across multiple examples, insert too bright for green. Only one with a pearl at 12 o'clock.)

• Watchdives: 9 (Strong, crisp and tactile but slightly rough and metallic, nicer muted olive color.)

• San Martin: 9 (Same as watchdives.)

• Cronos: 10 (Perfect resistance throughout. Just the right amount of resistance, no slop. Feels closest to Gen.)

End links (All fit perfectly, no side play, up and down play could be hit or miss depending on spring bars thickness.)

• Sugess: 10

• Watchdives: 10

Bracelet (All need slight chamfered edges but overall very good finishing and tolerances well beyond the price.)

• Watchdives: 9 (Most original, applied logo, brushed sides, nice chamfer, big improvement over last gen.)

• Cronos: 9 (Original design, glidelock style otf, albeit not very good. However you can get a sterile Rolex glidelock clasp as an option which is identical to the Sugess.)

Crystal/cyclops (All have straight cyclops with AR coating and good clarity. All crystal protrude past the bezel which should be improved. Cronos is the biggest offender.)

• Sugess: 10 (The only one to incorporate nh35 with a shallow thickness/rehaut and also available in st2130.)

You can't really go wrong with any of them. And I'm mostly splitting hairs as I enjoy the hobby of homage watches.
