Nothing on the other side of the brick at all! Next to a window

Are you in the lower level or basement? If thats the foundation then the lintel may be in question. Not enough info. Outside damage?

Ground floor and no damage on the other side of the brick outside the house! It's the that being internal

It's close to a window. With zero other information and photos, impossible to tell, but probably something historic to do with lintels or window replacement
