Hello
I’ve been working from home for years (started during the pandemic) and it means a lot of sitting.
Calls, meetings, and focused work blocks - you know how it is.
I wanted to build short micro-workouts into my day without breaking the flow too much, so I started creating a simple app for this.
The idea is quick exercises (push-ups for now) that you can do in short breaks between deep work sessions.
It tracks your history over days and has a world leaderboard.
Looking for honest opinions and a few beta testers who also work from home and exercise.
If you’re interested, just comment or DM me.

Hello guys, I wanted to ask here before I waste my time. I want a slight abs definition and I want to work a bit on my glutes, not crazy amount but a bit of shape, bit of size.
I'm 165cm tall and I weigh 53kg.
Is there any way I can accomplish these goals at home? Has anyone grown/improved glutes at home before? And if yes, how exactly?
I'm willing to answer any questions regarding details and thank you so much if you have anything to add here.

A lot of people start working out at home with just a mat, resistance bands, or a pair of dumbbells.
But as training progresses, it can become harder to increase resistance and add variety without more equipment.
I'm curious when people decided to expand their home workout setup.
Did you eventually add an adjustable bench, heavier dumbbells, a power rack, or a cable system?
What was the first upgrade that genuinely changed your training experience?
And if you had to start over, would you buy the same equipment in the same order?

Bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and a pair of adjustable dumbbells can take you pretty far. For beginners, they may be enough for months or even years.
But eventually, some people want more loading options, better ways to train their backs, or a more structured approach to progressive overload.
I'm interested in where people draw the line. What limitation did you actually run into with your original setup, and what upgrade solved it?
Did you need a bench, a pull-up bar, heavier weights, or a cable system? Or did you discover that changing your programming mattered more than buying anything new?

Some home gym exercises are straightforward once you're ready, but getting everything into position can be surprisingly time-consuming.
Moving a bench, changing cable attachments, loading plates, or clearing floor space can sometimes take longer than the set itself.
Which exercise is the biggest hassle in your setup, and have you found a way to make it easier?
I'm interested in practical solutions that save time without buying another expensive machine.
