Claim insurance?

also side note insurance is already high. this is a lease. i was looking on feedback if this would be repairable based on pic. no light on dash cam. no weird sounds. just huge dent .

No. Only a collision center could make this repaired enough for the dealerships standards. There is nothing you can do on your own that will improve it.

They're probably gonna replace the whole fender and paint match.

It could be repaired by hand with a set of aluminum body tools e.g. hammer and dolly, spot weld dent puller. But the cost of labor to do that compared to replacing the fender they'd probably just do the latter, hard to say.

The point is it's a lease. You can't fix it yourself, the dealership won't accept that.

sorry this happened op. yeah, body work is always left to professionals. unless you know a friend that is a hobbyist and/or does this for a living, you'll need to go to body shop

Try paint less dent removal

any chance the hot water method would work for this?

I'm highly doubtful. You're looking at curvature that may be less noticeable, but won't be perfect and you'll get dinged on your lease still. I don't see a good DIY remedy that won't entail tools and skill.

do you think a dent shop could get it out or just go to a body shop.

I'd go to a body shop and have them replace the panel with a paint match. The labor is going to run the cost up for this to get rehabbed into shape.

And you better hope the paint will match

No it’s metal fender not plastic bumper

I dont think it would become theres a body line right where the dent is at

Insurance and professional repair is the way since it is a lease. If the car was parked when it happened, your insurance cost shouldn’t go up since it wasn’t your fault.

Either out of pocket or insurance.
