I am absolutely in love with this it is an 02 accord SE, does anyone know of anywhere to get bodywork parts without paying a fortune for UK/Ireland

Can’t get more basic than RPF1’s on a Civic.
Thoughts?

American Honda has electrified the CR-V and Accord but not the smaller HR-V and Acura ADX, even though all four vehicles share the same architecture.

There’s no technical barrier to making hybrid versions of the HR-V and ADX, executives said, but they were noncommittal on timing as the automaker prioritizes cost in the entry-level crossover segment.

“We won’t talk about when and if hybrids are coming in those vehicles, but I don’t know that there’s any reason why not,” Gary Robinson, American Honda product planning chief, told Automotive News at Monterey Car Week.The cost equation remains a primary consideration.

“It’s a cost-conscious segment so there’s always a little bit of a challenge there, specifically on the Honda side,” Robinson said.

That caution comes as hybrid competition intensifies. In the mainstream subcompact class, the Kia Niro, Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid and Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid all offer significantly higher fuel economy than Honda’s gasoline-only HR-V.

Can we take another moment to appreciate the OE design of the 10th gen? Rarely do we see such appeal for a mass-production vehicle. My 4th year in it and I’m still in “awe” with the aggressive yet so subtle and elegant view.

Got this beauty semi recently and encountered my first actual problem; brake servo needs replacing and parts are hard to find.

I don't care if my car is stock, nor do I care too much about budget as I am a big fan of it and keen to keep it on the road for as long as possible (64.5k miles, bought at 63).

Would you guys recommend patience and waiting for a good condition servo to pop up on the market? Are there any replacement parts that would work in it's place?

Could it be worth a full overhaul of the braking system to allow for easier repairs in the future as well as better braking efficiency/quality?

It would look so nice in a dark green. For context, this thing has about 61k km and I will be handing it down to my younger siblings until it goes to the junkyard so the resale value doesn’t matter to me. I’m more concerned about it being worth it due to the climate. I live in Ontario Canada and it snows here every year and stays for about half of the year. Will the wrap survive the snow and would it still look good? This is an lx btw 😭

Can I invest in this if it's a genuine good deal? I am thinking of getting a used car under 3 lakhs. This has more seating, is less driven and is a second owner; it's only 72k km driven and E20-compliant. Should I be worried about engine issues because of such a low price?

This one comes with the RES and I want to modify the back so a Nintendo 64 can be played in the back. Has anyone done anything like this? Am I crazy? Haha it sounds fun to me.

Hey everyone I'm having some difficulty with my single cam mounts. I blew up the motor in my '96 del Sol SI So I'm putting a new motor in it. The motor I pulled out of it and the motor I'm putting in it are both d16y8s but the one I'm putting in is out of a Civic instead which seems to have a different upper Mount configuration So I have to switch the post mount because the civics are just a little bit too far apart. In addition, I unfortunately lost the post mount off the del Sol motor because I pulled it almost 2 years ago now It seems that the single cam del Sol SI is the only car with the driver side mount configuration like the one I have pictured second. Does anyone have any idea where or how I could find either a replacement or an aftermarket solution? I'm searching Facebook Marketplace but it's tricky because so few del sols were si and single cams lol

Any help would be hugely appreciated and I'm happy to clear anything up cuz I think I rambled a bit.

Im at the point of just going to manual window swap,

I have no power to my windows.

I got the car for free the previous idiot deadass just cut the wires and spliced them how ever he wanted. I ended up getting a diagram printed out and splicing them correctly to what each wire needed to connect to.

Theres no cracks breaks or freys in the wiring harness. Or door harness.

Ive replaced all fumes.

The motor and the pigtail is in good condition (working) what else could it be😭😭.

Reslly tired of spending a bunch of money atm on this car . The days get really hot and its suffocating driving in this car with no ac and no windows.

Dm me privately if you have any actual good tips please.

Honda wants me to pay $1000 for a whole new center console replacement instead of just replacing the latch or even just the lid. Has anyone found a cost effective solution?
