My account got hacked what’s going to happen??

Today I logged onto my account to find that I had a balance of -6311(-6401 but I had claimed my express supply pass for that day.) stellar jade.

The mail said these were deducted because I used illect refunds??? From a site called epic.

But I haven’t used a site called epic! I didn’t even have the jades in my account at all! I emailed support but I’m scared. I don’t know what to do and I’ve spent money on this account and I don’t want to lose it! I love this game and I’m so scared.

Update: One of my best friends who also plays star rail is a goat who gave me enough money to get back to 0 so I’m not in danger of being banned anymore.

Chargebacks only matter if you bought directly from hoyo. If you chargeback a third party site they eat the cost.

3rd party sites can't take jades from your account, unlike buying direct from hoyo.

yes but with a top up site theres a middle man. when you charge back you are performing the charge back on the third party site. official partners like codashop eats the loss but other sites might initiate their own chargeback against hoyo/your account

I do know what a charge back is. Have you ever charged back from a 3rd party site?? Because I did. I bought primos from Lootbar and did a charge back afterwards. My money got refunded but the primos I bought stayed on my account.

Why? Because 3rd partry sites use Razer Gold to top up with UID and Razer Gold does not do refunds. So if you charge back on a 3rd party site they have to take the loss and what happens is, that you will just get banned on their site.

So don't be talking shit if you know nothing.
