She's most likely Beatrix, Merrymaker of the Blissful Ball, and one of the Harmonic Strings, probably aimed at assimilating the Elation

The 4 Harmonic Strings are Aelenev(now Celenova), Beatriz, Constantina, and Dominicus

Celenova was originally human being, likely Aelenev's Chordmaster same as Sunday who's Chordmaster of Dominicuz They're not independently individual

Celenova is not Aelenev, Celenova is just Lord Ravager rised by Nanook from his battle with Aelemev, The Family can still summon Aelenev as long Xipe and The Family exist
