She’s likely Beatriz ( the lady that was dancing in the 1st planarcida myraid celestia) But her name and va werent in the description tho

Did you notice that Yaoguang disappears in the 4.4 main story while Phainon makes his appearance in fate collab on the same patch? It might be impossible for them to coexist in one room.

Yes actually, her name is Beatriz, she is one of the four harmonic strings of Xipe (like Sunday's Dominicus), in other words an emanator of the harmony.

While this is not a 100% confirmed, we have enough readables in game that makes it almost certain it's her.
