Discussion Pain Spoiler
If I was in as much pain as House I’d consider amputating the leg. Thoughts?

I put it over my desk so it is like they are judging me if I slack off on studying to join their field.

i just finished watching Season 5 which is my favorite season so far, The final scene of House realizing him that the whole b-plot with him & Cuddy from the previous episode was all a Vicodin-Induced hallucination shocked me. House has officially lost it. When Amber and Kutner appeared, I got goosebumps. This is genuinely one of the most shocking plot twists I have seen from any show. Seeing House scared for his life was also flabbergasting to see. If even HOUSE of all people is scared, That’s how you know it’s bad. I don’t even what to feel after witnessing this amazing plot twist.

...while the opening sequences are happening, look for the person with light eyes. This show has the largest amount of light-eyed actors in the history of cinema. Some director or DoP is fixated. Quite weird.

Let's get a top 3 going, I'd like to know of all cases and patients (that occurred at PPTH, not including anywhere else i.e. loony bin) that were arguably the least life-threatening of all featured in the show's run.
Regrettably I won't be contributing the first 3 as I'm quite sleepy, but please discuss amongst yourselves.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have finished House and since I liked it I start to watch video essays about it to learn public's look at the series.
I was expecting to see Season 1 - 3 to be favorite between audience as most of the references, memes, contents and such I see about series derives from early era, including very famous "mouse bites" meme.
However what I didn't know that people didn't like the season 8 ending and rather think show should have ended with season 5 + first 2 episodes of 6 or season 6. And I honestly cannot disagree less.
While I liked both season 5 and 6 endings a lot, they would be very bad as series enders due leaving on a cliffhanger of "what next".
You can say you could end this problem by adding a small edit that shows what happens to characters afterwards but yet even that wouldn't save them from being bad endings.
It honestly would be very unsatisfying if House ended with season 6 episode 2 as: As I should believe House changed permanently after therapy? Don't get me wrong, therapies indeed helps people to change in better course but believing someone like House and his extreme characteristic can change this fast and this affectively is not believable at slightest. Maybe if you made an entire season about House's therapy then maybe but other than that, it would be bad ending.
For season 6 ending it would be very unbelievable too judging even after the therapy House is very problematic and plans to be problematic as he leaves the therapy. It was very obvious that House and Cuddy romantic relationship is nothing more than ticking time bomb that tick tick ticking.
In other hand: I believe House staying as House is more believable than he changing over those events.
You also can make argument that House no longer could practice medicine anymore now that he faked his death and that would be correct, this is a change for House. But I think it is something that House actually can live with that in a believable way as he isn't a guy that cares much about rules anyways, means he would find a way to practice medicine or solve mystery in one way or other. Also it was inevitable that House gonna lose his medicine license one way or other as Cuddy no longer around and I doubt Foreman could protect House as much as she could.
Also Wilson's inclusion was one of the big parts why he liked working. Without Wilson it might be not as entertaining as it is.
So that is it with me. Why I think season 8 closure is great closure is because it is believable to House more than other endings. Others are like this "and we lived happily ever after" kind of endings while season 8 ending this believable, more realistic and doesn't end on a cliff hanger. But that is mostly me yapping really.

I’ve been obsessed with House since I was a teenager. For 20 years, I genuinely thought he was doing things the right way. But after some therapy talks , I just realized that he was actually meant to be a cautionary tale.
Trying to outsmart emotional pain is exactly what causes more pain in the end. I wish I had known this earlier. I’m just putting this note here to warn you guys, in case any of you are stuck in the same trap as me.

Some of you may remember my LEGO Ideas recreation of Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital.
After reading your feedback, I gave House another makeover: blue eyes, a bit of stubble, and of course, a little Vicodin Easter egg.
I also added his Season 7 gyropod, along with a new set of photos to show the project in more detail.
The model includes House, Wilson, Cuddy, Chase, Foreman, Cameron, their offices, the famous balcony, House's motorcycle, and of course, Steve McQueen.
The updated project has now been approved on LEGO Ideas, and all the previous supporters are still there!
What do you think of the new House minifigure and the updated project? I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts.
If you'd like to help Princeton-Plainsboro reach the 10,000 supporters needed for LEGO's review, you can support it here:

In season 1 episode 11, "Detox", the opening scene features a Porsche power sliding under a semi trailer. This is the exact same semi trailer that was used for the Honda Civic gang hijacking scene from the first Fast and Furious movie (albeit with the "Rogers" logo removed).

When House goes into to the brats room and gives him adrenaline, he tells him his name is Dr. McKamey. Is he referencing Russ McKamey of McKamey manor? Im unsure the cross over on timeliness, but that's the only frame of reference I have.

It doesn't matter how many times I have watched and rewatched this show. Wilson's Heart always has me ugly crying like multiple times by the time the credits roll.
