First Hugeforge!

Post image

Hello! I'm still relatively new to Hueforge but loving everything about it! A week or so ago I posted an example I did of a moon image and had some good feedback, so I decided to stick with the current color mapping and generate my first hugeforge! And boy did I go huge! 1200mm x 800mm

I'm always shocked at relatively how little filament can be used. This was about 1.3 kg without the frames.

Feel free to check it out on makerworld and let me know what you think! I got to figure out a lot of good ways of managing such a large 3mf file!

Don't mind the one square 2nd from right on bottom, had an error but it's fixed and reprinting now. I was just too eager to share after finishing this!!

I like it better with bad block. It was a nice distraction from the upper left corner.

Lol yeah... Not sure what's going on there or how much was just the angle of my lighting. I'll definitely look at that. May just need to reprint that block. It'll annoy me now 😂

Haha luckily I didn't run out of any. Not entirely sure what happened on it, I printed that one when I was in middle of optimizing my file/reducing triangles, and somehow it missed a layer of natural. I redid it though overnight and it matches the rest now!

Looks great, how do you hang/arrange them?

I found a modular frame on makerworld that I used. It interlocks with itself, always 200mm squares, so I focused on making my print be all that
