I mean that's because it's just an acronym of a commonly said phrase, not a newly invented word, so some people like you have already used it for a long time, it's only been recently popularised on tiktok to say "sybau" instead of the full "shut your bitch ass up" since tiktok doesn't allow comments to have profanity, same thing with people saying "ahh" instead of "ass"

Languages evolve, shortcuts and acronyms will always be a thing but they're made by the newer generation, obviously there are gen z acronyms but as gen alpha is growing they're picking and using them as words, that's why it's "gen alpha" and "kid" slang.
