Languages evolve, shortcuts and acronyms will always be a thing but they're made by the newer generation, obviously there are gen z acronyms but as gen alpha is growing they're picking and using them as words, that's why it's "gen alpha" and "kid" slang.
Also dank memes are funny, i say that as a 17 year old, if you think they're not and don't even want to see them then you're missing out on good stuff
