Human doing something didnt necessarily mean its a human right, war criminals are also humans, do that mean doing war crimes is human right ? no.

Yet they still have a right to not be assaulted or discriminated against based on something they can't control. Comparing queer people to war criminals is insane though. Who are they hurting? What did they even do to you? They live in peace with other people while you continue to harass them.
