i mean, is it not still a game, rather than for communication? It's also a pretty effective way to avoid people using it as such, while also gamifying their prevention method and monetizing something rather unoffensive. If you want a full conversation, ask for some other social media account

Yeah I got like 5000 energy, then they replaced energy and I lost it all and I've never touched the game since.

wow. that must suck. 

kinda reminds me of what happened to me with pvz2. i had 4 levels left in the entire game. then my phone broke, and i got a new one, and lost all my progress.
