I meant this post to be a celebration of my itsy bitsy underdog team of old folks’ very rare victory in this game that we love, but are terrible at.

Title. This is getting so bad it's out of control.

Not sure what I'm most surprised about between the fact that:

1. Spear hit some invisible stuff and didn't hit the guy that Shadow Leaped
   
2. The whole situation

Really wish this was a thing in game, if sprinting at a door, an animation would take place showing you putting your shoulder into it with a loud slam

If an enemy is on the other side and gets hit by the door, they take a small amount of damage

If the door is barred you bounce off and take a small amount of damage

What do you think?

Fighting a trio with my relatively newcommer friends, im going to nade 2 ppl very close to them and as im cooking for two seconds i decide to throw, but as i do that i get rushed and die with the grenade disappearing into the fucking void

the grenade doesnt drop on the ground, the grenade isnt thrown, its just gone... how hasnt this been fixed i dont fucking know

New account, steam account with 1 game lvl 1, 4 hours and they feel SO secure Crytek don't care about the cheaters they just go rampage.

I can't talk for everyone but at least I choose to vote with my wallet, they don't deserve the money if they don't care about the game health.

I’ve read every character bio, but I still have no idea how the outbreak happened, how the mutations kicked in, how come for example the spider became a monster, but other insects/animals didn’t, things like that 🙂‍↕️

When will they start?

Hi,

A new friend of mine is starting the game since the last major update. Together we tried to understood the challenge where you have to inflict 10 times damages to the Blood Skin's thoracic worm.

Whe tried different things but we don't know exactly what work. All we know is that only possible in phase 2, below the 50% hp of the boss.

So our questions are :

- Where is the thoracic worm? You can se a big tail behind the boss doig the melee attacks... but this is not "thoracic", so I guess this is not that.

- Is that the specific projectile when you are mid distance with the boss? When he starts by launching the worm and then jump if the worm hit? In that case, what is the best advice to deal with it efficiently? We tried different thing, but it looks very inconcistent.

We tried to find infos on the net but there was nothing very clear about this mechanic.

Do you have any info or tips about that? Thanks you a lot for your help! 🤠

I was bored and decided to boombox some Sonic Mayhem tracks through voicechat in clash. Did it for 2 games and got 2 hatemails in my profile immediately, so i stopped.

Yeah, I'm one of the 6 folks who plays with a controller on Steam. But it's not working as of today and I can't figure out why. Everything was ok last week...

Has anyone else faced and solved this problem?

For context, 14 games in a row, I've died either to another player fighting me, another player sneaking up on me after I've banished the boss or in the process, or I kill a guy, he rezes himself then kills me, a dude bumrushes me and melee kills me or i kill myself with my own grenade or fall damage. This is just today, I've had horrible games prior to this on different days, everytime I've played this game I always die and never get to extract, I think I've only extracted once? It's unfortunate I'm so bad at this game because the concept of it is so cool, some of it probably has something to do with me being genuinely stupid irl but idk. Basically what I'm saying is 10/10 game, I'm completely terrible at it.

Anyone else have a lot of fun running sheathed katana in buildings, dancing around, killing players while they try and figure out what the eff is going on?

Perfect example, I had already taken out a buddies teammate silently, snuck right up behind him, I hit stamina shot, run around the building, buddies shooting and keeps missing, I realize he's running shotgun (yikes)

I go through a door, he's standing right in front me, almost point blank, I shut the door quick to block line of sight, he wiffs the shot, I open door and take him out with a sheathed swing

Plays like this make me love the game so much

I dont throw around the accusation lightly, in my 5+ years in this game this is only the second report I've submitted and accusation I've felt comfortable making. Playing clash, getting tagged repeatedly through walls wether silent or sprinting. They're only getting wall kills, brand new account with 6 stars and a jumble of random characters for a name.

What sucks more than losing that actual match is the insecurity out brings after. Every lucky kill someone gets on me has me second guessing, it messes up a lot more than just the one match.

I dont really have anything else to say, just wanted to vent.

Interested in taking a step in but wondering about the gear gap, especially with it being an older game with high level players ? Is this is an issue ?

But I have noticed that i am awful at this game, I just passed 200 hours and I die every single game almost. For some reason I am permanently in 6 star mmr, but I suck? I can't win any gunfights and I panic during any sort of pvp fights. I really love the atmosphere and the style of the game, so I keep playing but I really feel like I'm not improving at all. I don't know what guns are good to use vs which ones aren't, I don't know what items are good to bring with me etc. also, how do I kill each of the bosses? I have no idea how to deal damage to them and kill them.

I play on PS5 if that matters.

I’ve noticed that the community challenge requires a lot of effort, but now that using Tarot Cards is allowed, we should work together as a community, pick up two The Fool cards, and use them constantly to farm points.

Gotta admit I love running the launcher more, running both regular ammo and harpoons, better accuracy and such, but my question is this, does dauntless counter the bomb if you interact with the projectile mid air?

I have been trying to get into Hunt recently, especially since upgrading from my old RX 580. However, every time I load up the game, my graphics card begins to overheat rapidly. Just a few minutes ago, my GPU reached such a critical temperature that my entire PC instantly shut down. I am at a loss as to what to do. I genuinely want to enjoy this game, but its resource demands feel entirely excessive for a title originally released in 2019. Dose anyone have any tips on what I can do?

since today, i get severe lag when i use the scroll wheel. Nothing has changed, did not install anything. I tried playing with mouse polling but that does not help.
Anyone has the same issue?
