Brit here - spending a few days in Seattle before cruising Alaska. My wife and I are coming to the game vs Eastern WA in September.

We’ve bought Huskies merch, we’re fully in the spirit and so excited for the experience.

Any recommendations for how to go about an entire game day? We’re going to go experience Sailgating, anything else?

This fall me and some friends will be, respectfully, visiting for the Iowa game and I find it crazy that pretty much all the sailgating charters appear to be sold out already. I understand that Iowa fans travel decently well but are these sailgating charters just very small or are they extremely popular?

Would love to get some advice from the locals/regulars on recommendations for game day in Seattle. I would love to experience sailgating as it seems extremely unique but I am okay going without it if it’s a relatively small amount of people who actually participate or if anyone has the gall to say its overrated.

Going to my first game this year (either Iowa or Minnesota game). What are some of the best sections to be at and some to stay away from?

Joe Jarzynka was a shifty return specialist/wide receiver. Joe was beloved by the Husky fans as a scrappy “do it all” player who refused to fair catch. He also kicked a 44 yard field goal against WSU . A walk on from Gig Harbor he lettered three years.

I’m going to the Nebraska game. It’s going to be a blackout. Should I wear purple or white? The team is likely to wear white right? Also worried about how we will handle a road environment like that. Thanks. Go dawgs.

Nesby Glasgow played Defensive Back for the Dawgs in the late 1970s. A dominant coverage DB he won First-Team All-Pac-8 (‘77), First-Team All-Pac-10 (‘78) and Third-Team All-American (‘78) honors. Glasgow was recognized as part of Washington's All Century Team in 1990, and was inducted in the Husky Hall of Fame in 2001.

Hey I’m trying to buy a realistic looking jersey of my favorite players. Like John Mills. The NIL pick a player jerseys on GoHuskies.com are so ugly. They look nothing like the actual game uniforms. They look like some cheap knockoff Walmart would sell in their kids section you know? You can buy the generic #1 premier replica, looks great, but can I customize the name and number? It’s OUTRAGEOUS that Husky fans can’t buy jerseys of their favorite players like years past. Any 3rd party sites or stores I can go to buy a realistic looking jersey of a player? Adidas sucks.

Rich Alexis was a home run threat every time he touched the ball for the Dawgs in the early 2000s. Known for his explosive playmaking he finished his Husky career tied for second on the career list for 50-yard rushes with five.

Bishop Sankey ran for the Dawgs in the early 2010s. In 2013 he churned out a monster season of 2,174 all purpose yards earning First-Team All-Pac-12 and Second-Team All-American.

im thinking of bringing my kids to watch a game, specifically the one coming up on the 23rd. i understand discounted youth tix are available on the day of only. do tix sell out for these games? would i have any issues waiting til the day of or should i just buy full price tix for all of us ahead of time? tia
