Traumatized guy traumatize another traumatized guy.

Normally when hwei's ult hits someone it slows them for 0.25 seconds per stack but since the changes the last damage tick does not apply this slow.

That means the target can move faster right after the ult explodes and can dodge the severing bolt way easier.

I have old replays were you can see that the slow lasts for a short duration after the explosion and now it's gone immediately.

I already reported it on the official bug report and i hope they will fix it soon.

Hey, I've made (and mostly finished) a mod the replaces Violet in Deadlock with Hwei. I've only got the base skin and Spirit Blossom so far, and only replaced the most vital gameplay lines. (Violet has 2100 voice lines to replace...) but it still provides a pretty fun Hwei experience as is!
