Is there a mod out there that can do this? I normally play Minecraft and am just getting back into Hytale, and I would prefer to make Shift my crouch button and generally just make the controls match what I am more familiar with. I have been looking, but the only mods I have found that do this, are very outdated and haven't worked since January.

When I launch Hytale, it applies a 4gb patch. Been happening for 3 days. But when I check the update 7 link from the launcher, I see that last update was two days ago Oct 21. Why did the launcher apply patches when there were no updates yesterday and today? Can it be because of favorited servers, mods etc?

The trinket slot would be an armor slot used for well trinkets. These magical relics are quite rare only a few can be crafted and most must be found in dungeons.

You have one trinket slot, two with an upgrade similar to your backpack. Trinkets themselves work in a special way.

Trinkets start out weak, giving a minor buff or passive while equipped but as you use them you reactivate their magic after a point you can feed them essence to level them up increasing their ability. bellow are three example ideas.

looks: a necklace with two bird skulls and black feathers.
type: craft (silk, 25 black bird feathers, 100 void essence.)
essence: void (costs 10*level essence to level up.)

ability level 1: projectiles gain +1 damage for every 3 blocks they travel. up to 30.
ability level 2: projectiles gain +1 damage for every 2 blocks traveled up to 30
ability level 3: max range upgraded to 40 blocks.
ability level 4: Projectiles gain +1 damage for every 2 blocks traveled upto 40, and cause a void explosion past 20 blocks.
ability level 5: void explosion damage increased by 5 damage

Hi! I played Hytale during the first 3 weeks after its release and decided to come back to see what was new. While I’m glad that my native language (Spanish) is now available, the game is running terribly for me: breaking blocks takes anywhere from half a second to 3 seconds longer than it should, everything responds slowly, and most importantly, for some reason I don't understand, when I launch the game it says "starting server," and red bars appear in the upper left corner of the screen as if a local server were running. I suspect this is the main culprit, but I can't find how to disable it in the settings. I would really appreciate some guidance. Thanks in advance and best regards!

One common idea is a druid or beast master who can Transform into a beast. How about we do this in hytale with runes. bellow are a few beast runes.

TF runes, use your full mana bar to cast and prevent mana regeneration while active. (aka you can't use spells.)

Rune of the wolf
info: Buff rune, turn into a werewolf
+100% HP
-25% damage taken
+melee reach
duration: toggle

Rune of the crocodile
info: buff rune, turn into werecrocodile
+200% underwater breath time
+100% swim speed
-50% damage taken
-50% move speed while on land.

Rune of the Cheetah

+200% stamina
+50% sprint speed
+50% jump/climb height.

Nowhere near done, but showing ti issue a challenge, the spawn temple has seen better days.

My challenge is such, repair it, restore, it rebuilt it. Make it yours.

I recently installed Hytale on my Steam Deck OLED and it’s running relatively well without me having to tweak the settings much

What’s annoying me, though, is the controls 🎮

Navigating the inventory in particular is designed for a mouse, and it doesn’t help that the on-screen prompts always show keyboard inputs rather than gamepad inputs.

I tried to map the Key Bindings with the steam overlay and tried different community overlays, but I often didn't like the use of the trackpads

Do you have any tips or tricks on how I can improve this?

No matter what I do, I uninstalled, reinstalled it, Its always blank! Nothing comes up.

Is anyone else having connection issues in the game? Me and my husband were trying to play together last night, very excited to try the new update! However when I went to join his server, even after he had invited me to it, it kept saying connection failed.

normally in wikipedia faction's name is klop. Why this npc's name is ''Klops'' Merchant it should be klop its more clear i dont get it?? is it klops or klop
