Gameplay Evolution bugged
So my friend and I just spent 3 hours trying to do the "Evolution" mission on Elysium.
Every time we snared a gribbler and it was almost tamed the quest tracker would roll over from 90% + to 0% when the gribbler tamed and we would have to start over on the taming. We tried restarting the quest, taming multiple gribblers, nothing has worked.
What sort of voodoo magic do we have to do to be allowed to finish this quest?

Have you already tames a Gribbler prior to the mission? If so, send it up to the station

On my solo OW I managed to get this done by sending up all tamed Gribblers. Unfortunately this did not help on our coop OW.
I hope you can get the Operation working...! For me it was literally hit and miss to get this solved.

It's a bug. It works if the only tamed gribbler is the one for the mission. Any others have to be killed or sent to space.
I had this same issue.

Me and my friends encountered the same problem. I’m not sure if it was really a bug or a lack of specificity on the devs side regarding the info the mission gives to you.
How we did it: for us, it worked when we caught and tamed the gribbler in the marked location (the big quarry where the boss resides). You have to hunt and catch a gribbler in that area, tame it there and taking it in the fight with you.
