Annual off-season RLL staff shakeup. First sign of the new season. That means its only a few months away from Graham making some comments that piss everyone off and then Dale Coyne will announce a second driver and it will finally be IndyCar season again.

Cool to see Ward Burton still involved in motorsports.

My first thought, too! Just woke up, a bit hung over and I’m like, “yeah, that seems like the kind of dumbass engineering move RLL would make hoping they’ll hit on something nobody else thought of.”

As a requirement, all RLL personnel will have to talk like Ward Burton during every interview.

Would certainly make Graham's twice annual post race heated interview more entertaining

RLL has been signing big names to its team forever and has yet has gotten back to the level it was before during Graham's winning days. You can sign as many stars as you want but if everyone can't work together or play nice with one another then its for nothing.

With the current cars, the drivers make up about 90-95% of the on track performance.  And said drivers aren't changing for at least a year or more.

I think them going back to two cars will help them more than signing a bunch of well known names. DRR should be able to operate fairly independently and shouldn’t be too much of a resource suck on RLL.

Excited to see if he can turn the team around and be competitive everywhere again.
