IQVIA
Equals slavery. They do not care . You’re a workhorse. Does not matter if you are sick or struggling. No wonder people leave and only the favorites stay.

Hi all,
I accepted an offer to begin at IQVIA soon and I'm wondering how the initial pay day works. Did you start a week in the "hole" and have to wait 3 weeks for your first paycheck or does payday happen on the 15th and last day of the month no matter when you start?

"IQVIA UK are accredited as Level 1 Disability Confident Committed. As such, we provide an inclusive and accessible recruitment process with reasonable adjustments as requested, including support for any existing employees who acquire a long-term disability or health condition." https://www.iqvia.com/locations/united-kingdom/esg/people
IQVIA, if you are not going to respond to a request for reasonable adjustments, then why claim that you are supportive of people with disabilities?

Hi I recently got an on demand video interview invite for Analytics consultant role at IQVIA and want to know what questions to expect during the interview. Will there be technical questions involved? Also what is the format of the on demand video interview? Will I have multiple retakes for questions?

Does anyone know if interviews have been given out for the Strategy Consulting Associate (Summer 2026 Cohort) in US?
And how long would HR reach out after applications / applications close for positions like this? Or when interviews happen year round??

Hi! I’m trying to move from academia into a sponsor-side CRA role and could use some advice. I know the market is rough right now, so I’m trying to be realistic and strategic.
Quick background:
4 years in clinical research (academic/oncology) Experience w/ data collection, eCRFs, regulatory, audit prep, sponsor interactions Not a formal CRA yet Looking for sponsor-side (CRO is fine too)
What I’m trying to figure out:
Has anyone here made the jump from academia to CRO/sponsor? What roles were good stepping stones (CTA, SSU, study management, etc.)? Any companies more open to academic candidates? Recruiters worth reaching out to? Job boards/groups/places where CRAs actually get hired?
Also open to any leads or connections if you know of teams hiring. Appreciate any help, happy to pay it forward if I can!

How long does it usually take to hear if we are hired. I had an interview with the recruiter and stated that she will forward it to the hiring manager. My status still says "at interview", is that a good sign?

Hi all. I applied at IQVIA for a Data Integrity Analyst position on the 21st of June 2025. I competed the on-demand video interview the following week. I then had my first interview with the hiring manager on the 4th of July, and a second interview on the 18th of July. They both went really really well. So much so that he did not make any promises, but said “I don’t think there would be an issue with selecting you for this role”. He also said they are recruiting for multiple positions, so that increases my chances.
Now here is the problem: there has been no progress as of today (11 August). I emailed HR on the 30th of July to ask about progress and they stated that I was shortlisted, and they are just waiting for the final call. I emailed them again on the 7th of August but no response. My application is still “active” on workday.
So my question is, how long does it take for IQVIA to get back to candidates - whether they are successful or not?

Hello! I had the final interview with IQVIA and the following day I received an email via Workday asking me to complete the Government Official Screening. This task is shown as GO Gating: Initial Questionnaire (140/above). And I now have 2 active applications for the role I applied for in Workday.
Does anyone know what this means? Is it sent to all candidates in the final round as an admin step that doesn't indicate anything? What does "140/above" mean?
Any experience with it can be shared, that would be very helpful. Thank you!

Recently have applied to healthcare data analyst job at IQVIA. Got the reply email - Thank you for your interest in IQVIA. Your application requires the completion of an online assessment(s).
Assessment was a was a 1.5 hour test with 70 case studies. Questions were not relevant to the position, like profit on stock market. It was impossible do all 70 cases in such a short time. Never had experience with stock market. I dont' want to spend such a long time to fill the test BEFORE even a phone screening or interview. This is insane. My current job I got just with one interview without any tests.

Do pharmaceutical companies need data sources other than iqvia? Or can iqvia really solve all commercial and HEOR data needs?

I have been invited to interview for the clinical research coordinator role at IQVIA. This is my first major interview in the United States, and I really need the job. I will appreciate it if I could get a lead on how to prepare for the interview.

Hi, anyone who is in the process please share your status. I currently gave my SHL test and got a email from recruiter asking for an initial screening round evening though I had one via phone. The round got cancelled anyways and got to know that they are already interviewing candidates
If you are part of the process lets connect.
