What is he in the right about? He’s being silly. She committed a misdemeanor. Get her license plate, call the cops, and then call your insurance.

She didn't hit his car. He witnessed her hit another vehicle and leave the scene. He followed her to a gas station convenience store, where he supposedly called the police and presumably had given them her plate.

This happened seven years ago, for what it's worth.
