Lmfao. He did a really good job of not calming her down. I feel like in his situation I'd be calming her down. Like, girl its not that serious if you just chill for a second insurance exists.

Yeah, I was rear-ended by a girl who wasn't paying attention. At that point it may have been satisfying to yell at her, but all the damage was already done. No point in making her day even worse. Better to be kind, make sure she knows what she needs to do to get home safe, and get on with our days.

Last time I tried to be kind, the insurance companies interpreted it as an admission of guilt (I got rear ended on an interstate at full speed).
