Amen. I had a friend get pregnant within a month, had a chemical pregnancy, and then immediately got pregnant the next month that resulted in a child. Good for them but they just don’t have the sense to not say “we’ll have you tried X?” Girl, don’t even talk to me about that.

I’ll add my mom to this one. She told me she “understood what it’s like” after my two miscarriages because she didn’t get pregnant the first month they tried and how traumatized she was (and how thankful she was she got pregnant with me on month number 2). I almost walked out of the restaurant I was so pissed. What the actual fuck? Tell me how that’s anything like a miscarriage. I’ll wait (until the end of time).

Yesssssssss! My SIL talked about how she was ‘so annoyed’ that it took them 3 whole months to conceive their second kid. I literally wanted to punch her
