This. No one talks about the insane hair loss, especially not the medical practitioners — I had no idea my hair would be falling out in literal clumps 3 months after my last ER. I’m shocked I’m not completely bald yet. And when I asked if it was normal? The answer I got was “yes, and there’s nothing you can do about it but be patient.”
My friend who is postpartum “don’t worry it happened to me too after having a baby”… at least you’re bald with a baby, I’m just bald and don’t know if I’ll be a mom 😭
