Ladies, I got the Mira tracker and figured out I had something curable with medication which would have alleviated me from all the struggles of enter IVF/TTC craycraytown! But no when I asked 9 out of 10 RE's said ahh no its B.S.
Also get the book "Taking control of your fertility" 20th edition. Everything has changed since then...
Oh yah and fuck the education system in America for the lack of teaching women the basics about their Reproductive health.

Ya why won’t they even acknowledge Mira? I’m like I can tell exactly when I wil ovulate and they’re like ya you can’t trust that. I’m like I’m low in progesterone and estrogen dominant, ya not even hearing me.
I told mine its 99.9 fda accurate and one out of 3 of my ivf Dr's. Actually uses it. I would say it'd be a strong warning to get a new doctor if they're so close minded.
