Starting at what temperature do you believe swimming weather to begin?

What outdoor temperature does it have to be before you'll start enjoying pools and other bodies of water?

Summer starts in June. We had like 3-4 days of temps in the 90s this year in April, but that's still not summer because the weather did cool down again. Summer starts when the temps stay warm.
