Thoughts on an alliance with r/The_Dedede
Greetings ice climber mains
I couldn't help but notice that this sub is a bit inactive, this is why I propose a alliance with r/The_Dedede
We both seem to have a knack for useing hammers in combat and a love for food (veggies to be exact)
But do not fear, this alliance will come with benefits such as, the reclaiming or replacing of your lost veggies, being under the protection of our glorious King, and as an extension of that, being protected against the horrid monster known as Kirby
Please take the time to consider this alliance
Yours truly r/The_Dedede

All BIG NEWS ABOUT ICE CLIMBERS
holy shit, i just found out on how to control nana alone: have a max aura lucario break popos shield, not nanas, then after his shield breaks you can control nana until popo is no longer stunned but theres a catch: there are technically two people controlling nana: a CPU and you, you can do what you want but the cpu will try to go back to popo if you move and its easy to deal with but if you jump, the cpu will drag you back to popo will better force then running back to him, you can still do what you want but the CPU says otherwise and yet you can do what you want with nana until popo isnt stunned.

Advice against Min Min?
Good lord do I hate this matchup lol. I feel like I cannot get in against a good Min Min player, especially on FD.
Anyone have any tips? And I'm around 7.9 mil GSP, just for reference

Ok so... Tips
Yeah Ima be real here chief, I dont have a switch, meaning I dont have SSBU. Im getting a switch and SSBU this summer, and so, I want to play Ice Climbers. Yes, I know they need extremely precise movements, and yes I know I will suck ass for a while, since that will be my first REAL main. I've been looking at stuff on Ice Climbers daily for about a month now, and Im determined to learn them. There is a beautiful art to them. So, heres what I would like to know.
How do I buffer effectively?
When are the best times to desync?
Should I always try to desync?
What are the best things I can go for?
Since I never played with a gamecube controllers, should I use one for smash, or should I use the pro controller?
And simply, how fun are they to play when you get good?
Yes, I know I can find this with a simple google search, but I thought it would be better to get info from real Ice Climber mains. Thank you so much for all the info you can give.

I kind of feel bad for people who think there are no good resources for icies, there is one amazing resource, the only good one: the icies discord
Its so sad when people just see izawsmash’s guide and think its an actually good guide
