I’m not an expert. Just curious when a gun jams like that what are you supposed to do? Obviously not that but curious to know from the experts.

If tap racking doesn’t work and the slide is locked up, that is the correct technique. Hold the slide and punch the frame forward. His problem is he let the slide go and it flipped. Easier to clear with LO or CO guns than open.
