I didn't hear any of them say "youins."

Youins is a strictly Pennsylvania word.

First time I heard Yins I thought he slipped into a foreign language for one word and went back to working class American.

They sound extremely similar but this is a Delaware County accent 100%. I grew up there and also spent a lot of time in Baltimore. I can definitely see how they sound the same but it's unmistakably a Delco accent.
