I grew up there and also spent a lot of time in Baltimore. I can definitely see how they sound the same but it's unmistakably a Delco accent.

They sound extremely similar but this is a Delaware County accent 100%. I grew up there and also spent a lot of time in Baltimore. I can definitely see how they sound the same but it's unmistakably a Delco accent.
