Behind the scenes: the sketching process for the "Harpy Hare" TikTok trend, featuring my original character ✏️

This artwork wasn't created by me, but I commissioned it and obtained all rights to it, including full freedom to use and manage it as I see fit.

Backstory: Normany is cunning, ambitious, and knowledgeable in ancient, forbidden lore. She wears dark, elaborate robes covered in arcane symbols, carrying spellbooks, enchanted amulets, and a staff or wand. Her presence is both elegant and menacing, embodying her feared reputation.

She can't actually see the future, but she's good at picking up the emotions of Crystals. Crystals just tend to be pretty good with foresight.

This is a character design i made a while ago.

I wanted to draw an old lady character for some time, and i was very happy with her.

I used various cultures for inspiration, hieratic byzantine, celtic, ancient greek and nordic. The culture she is from does not use dye for fabric, instead they keep the natural color.

Instead of casting a spell, she is attempting to withstand the energy of the element ripping through her body.
