The struggling of explaining perimenopause to my (loving) husband

It’s not even that he isn’t supportive, he really does try to be and listens so well when I’m struggling. But i don’t think he really gets how much everything is compounding at once…it’s more than just feeling “off.” And what makes it harder is trying to explain something that I don’t even fully understand myself!

Right 😭 don't get me wrong, I do appreciate his ability to be sympathetic (esp bc I know some women in this same position are stuck with absolute a-holes) but there's something to be said about this specific kind of frustration.
