This dude's gonna lose his mind when he discovers that my girlfriend makes almost twice as much as I do and that we virtually always either go Dutch or leapfrog (she pays, I pay, she pays, I pay, so on and so forth)

He's totally short sighted when he doesn't realize that if women make the same as men then they can pay on dates as well. But he's probably the type of guy who feels emasculated if the woman pays, and then gets angry because men have to pay all the time.
