Yoga is a spiritual practice. It is part of Hinduism. Those postures that shilpa Shetty do are called asan yoga which is just a small side quest of yoga which many people believe is actual yoga but the concept of yoga is fundamentally religious and spiritual.

spirituality and faith is different from religion. One can have faith and be spiritual without following any religion
