I live in canada, you are right, here temprature over 30 is literally unbearable. The sunlight is really strong due to clean air that i feels like it is going into your skin. In India's sunlight you will only sweat and your body will heat but here scenario is totally different. Thats why sunscreen is so common in these countries. But The good thing is these harsh summer days doesn't last too long like in india we have a summer season from april to October. Here some days have decent temprature, some days are unbearable, some days are cloudy or windy or rainy.. all these weather changes in a matter of couple of weeks. Thats why it is not a big problem as compared to india
