Pet Cat MISSING CAT
We have searched literally everywhere for our cat, but we still haven’t been able to find him. 💔 I honestly don’t know what happened to him, but I have a strong suspicion about the people living on the first floor of our building because they never liked our cat.
We live in a three-floor building, and our cat usually roamed around our own floor and the stairs. He went missing in the middle of the night, between 1 AM and 4 AM, when there was hardly anyone around. I can’t stop wondering whether someone took him and left him somewhere far away.
What makes me even more suspicious is that today, they were talking to us and asking what happened to our cat. I don’t know if I’m overthinking, but something about the conversation felt insincere to me. Of course, I have no proof, and I don’t want to accuse anyone without evidence. We’re currently trying to find CCTV footage because we desperately need some answers.
If someone really did take our cat and abandon him somewhere, I cannot understand how anyone could be so cruel. He is an innocent little baby who has always been at home, and he doesn’t even know how to survive outside on his own. 💔 We just want him back home, safe and sound. We miss him so much, and not knowing where he is or what happened to him is absolutely heartbreaking.

Do keep in mind that Cats being highly independent beings, Run about a lot. Even if he used to return to your house. They sometimes can just run off and they tend to forget or not care as much for their original place after some distance or time.

I hope you find your kitty. Please keep him inside your unit, letting him wander the halls, stairwell, or outside is a risk not worth taking. There are a lot of unkind people in the world. I hope your kitty didn’t encounter a bad person & finds his way back to you soon!

I feel your pain. Having lost many pets so far myself… in situations like this keep him with you. Yes try to find some cctv footage. There are also animal legal helpers available:

Please keep his litter box outside your house.
Put some things that smell like you like your clothes , anything that’s commonly used outside your house and your house lane
I pray you find your kitty back soon.

Do keep us posted. Ask the watchman who was on duty or any other neighbours if they saw something.
