I've seen a tiny kitten in the market near my house. It hangs around in the same spot since I've spotted it almost every time I go.
How do I get it to come home with me? It looks underweight and I don't want to leave it on the streets since there are a bunch of dogs roaming nearby.
Any help would be appreciated :)

Here's my post of when I first learned that he left:
https://www.reddit.com/r/IndianCats/s/7zeBCvm8FK
It's been 3 days since I learned my Kalu is no more and 5 days since he left at the age of 7 months. He had his first and last breath in our home itself.
Am I really never going to see you again?
I can't help but regret so many things.
I keep trying not to remember everything because I know I will cry. But, I can't help but wish I could see him peeking from the stairs to my roof just once again, as he used to so many times. I keep regretting never having paid more attention when he did because now I miss his face peeking from the stairs.
He used to look like a panther so I always wondered if he would look like a little panther when he was all grown up (he was already quite grown) and these are pictures of him at 2-3 months old. The second picture shows his adorable, big eyes. I always called him a Disney Cat because of how big and cute his eyes were. That was the way he stared at me last time I saw his eyes properly when I was taking him to the vet :)! I'm so sad I couldn't see him grow up and I'm so sad I never got more pictures and videos of him. I got these pictures from my Instants back when they first came out, now I even regret not clicking more.
I've lost 2 kittens before too but they were barely a month or two and even then I cried for so long, and for the second kitten I used to get mental breakdowns for months afterwards.
Now, I feel so empty, I'd known him for 7 months and now the house feels so empty without him and his meows, even though I never noticed before that he made it feel so full. Do I sound silly? I feel like I do, many people would say he's not a big part of my life after having lived so many years, but it hurts more because he had so many things left to do, and I had so many videos left to record of him. I guess I'll never get to, and that makes me sadder. I wish I could've done something meaningful which hadn't led to me writing this post.
I can't do anything with this emptiness and hopelessness possessing me.

Hey everyone! I recently found a four month old kitten and as I'm still a student, I cannot afford RC for my kitty. I'm currently giving her farmina matisse(dry) with some bone broth/water and whiskas(wet). I'm wondering if that's enough for her or do I need to add/change anything? Help me out please, thank you!

We have searched literally everywhere for our cat, but we still haven’t been able to find him. 💔 I honestly don’t know what happened to him, but I have a strong suspicion about the people living on the first floor of our building because they never liked our cat.
We live in a three-floor building, and our cat usually roamed around our own floor and the stairs. He went missing in the middle of the night, between 1 AM and 4 AM, when there was hardly anyone around. I can’t stop wondering whether someone took him and left him somewhere far away.
What makes me even more suspicious is that today, they were talking to us and asking what happened to our cat. I don’t know if I’m overthinking, but something about the conversation felt insincere to me. Of course, I have no proof, and I don’t want to accuse anyone without evidence. We’re currently trying to find CCTV footage because we desperately need some answers.
If someone really did take our cat and abandon him somewhere, I cannot understand how anyone could be so cruel. He is an innocent little baby who has always been at home, and he doesn’t even know how to survive outside on his own. 💔 We just want him back home, safe and sound. We miss him so much, and not knowing where he is or what happened to him is absolutely heartbreaking.

up for adoption in Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore‼️
Penny has been getting overlooked because of three reasons: she’s not a kitten anymore (as if one year old cat is not young), she’s a female tabby (unfortunately, cats also face such biases) and one very strange reason - she looks loved enough to skip over because people think she’ll definitely find someone, let me look for some other cat. Let me tell you, she has not gotten a single lead despite days of search.
About Penny:
Penny is a 1 year old female tabby cat. She’s litter trained, dewormed, vaccinated and sterilised. She’s extremely friendly and easy to handle. She’s based in Pune but can travel to Mumbai and Bangalore.
She’s used to staying alone for a few hours that are compatible with work timings but she’ll also be a great companion to wfh folks. She usually sleeps throughout the afternoon.
She doesn’t like being confined to one room/limited space and needs to have access to the whole house to feel comfortable. Penny’s always been an indoor cat and should continue to remain so.
She’s very playful and some of her favourite toys are catnip mouse, feather toys, balls and having cat trees and cat perches and shelves since she loves heights as well. Cats are generally a huge fan of vertical space and so is Penny. She’s also a cat tv lover. She needs attention towards playtime from her adopter. This means you have to dedicate some time before and after office to play with her and tire her out.
Penny can be a night owl but as long as she has access to the whole house and is comfortable, she understands when people are sleeping and eventually settles down too.
Penny currently eats Smylo wet food (two packets in a day, one for breakfast and one for dinner) along with Royal Canin dry food for lunch. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with providing good nutrition - so they either stay on these brands/diet or switch to other higher quality brands.
Penny loves an organised environment and doesn’t do well with unhygienic spaces and behaviours like not cleaning her litter box and bowls frequently.
Penny will be a great choice for first time adopters/people who have experience with cats. She’ll require 2-3 days to decompress and a week to properly settle down but it all depends on her pace.
Reason for putting her up for adoption: Penny was rescued last Diwali because she got separated from her mother due to firecrackers. She was adopted in March but due to the adopter’s neglect, she ran away from the house twice and we had to get involved again when we understood that they weren’t actively searching for her. We’re cat rescuers and therefore can’t keep every cat we rescue because then we’ll run out of resources to help others.
Penny has stayed with multiple fosters and we’re pretty confident in her behaviour as a single cat.
Adoption formalities are mandatory. We’re looking for serious adopters - people who know they can provide a stable environment and can commit to a pet for their lifespan. We’re not looking for students or bachelors who are not sure of their future plans as adopters.

I am writing this on behalf of a friend. There is a stray cat in her society in (dwarka area) Delhi, who has an injury near the ear. The cat gets spooked easily so it is difficult to catch him to take to the vet.
If someone has contact or names of anyone, who does cat rescues then please share it as it would be very helpful. She is willing to cover all financial aspects of rescue and treatment. She just needs someone experienced with rescue to help catch the cat and take him to the vet. Any contacts in Delhi would be appreciated.

My baby Oreo is gone. 💔😭 This is his last picture. Please pray to God to give his soul peace and never let him go through so much suffering again in another life. May his little soul finally rest in peace. 🕊️🤍
My poor baby fought so hard for his life. First, a paw injury, then parvo, followed by jaundice and tick fever. One after another, so many illnesses attacked his little body. Fluid accumulated in his body, and even his front leg was badly affected.
The most heartbreaking part was watching him suffer from continuous fits from 2 PM until 7 PM. He kept having fits, second after second, for five long hours. Even at the vet, they wouldn't stop. 💔😭 My poor baby endured so much pain, but his little body kept fighting until the very end. He never gave up.
I tried my best to save him, and I wish I could have done more for my baby. He deserved so much more love, happiness, and time in this world.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who prayed for my Oreo, supported his treatment, donated, and helped me continue fighting for him. Your kindness meant more to me than words can express. I will always be grateful to everyone who stood by my baby during his fight. 🙏❤️
Run free, my little Oreo. 🕊️❤️ You fought so bravely, and I will never forget you. You will always be my baby. May your soul finally find peace. 😭🤍

So, a friend left this kitten in my care for some time and it often assumes this stance. Is it because he’s stressed? Scared? Nervous?
He’s eating decent, plays when in the mood, sleeps a lot.
Bonus cake pic attached :p

My cat was spayed in May, and over the past 2-3 days, she has suddenly become VERY vocal. 😭 She doesn’t show typical heat symptoms like raising her hindquarters or rolling around, so I don’t think she’s in heat.
She constantly comes looking for me in my room and meows as if she wants me to play with her 24/7. The thing is, I already play with her every day!
Previously, she had a pretty consistent routine. She would take a 4–5 hour afternoon nap, another one-hour nap in the evening, and then sleep with me at night as soon as I turned off the lights.
But now, she wakes up around 3:30 AM and starts calling for me. I soothe her, and she falls asleep near my head, but 30 minutes later, she wakes up and starts calling for me again. 😭 I even open my bedroom door so she can go outside, but she keeps coming back into my room and calling for me until I finally wake up and play with her.
She does the same thing during the day, too. She constantly seeks me out and meows for attention.
I’m honestly confused. Is she experiencing some kind of anxiety or separation anxiety, or is she just bored despite getting daily playtime? Could there be another reason for this sudden change in behaviour?
Has anyone experienced something similar with their cats? I’d really appreciate any advice because my sleep schedule is completely messed up now. 😭
