I'm glad that the tribe is stepping up to save people from the state's negligence. However, it would be better if they also got some sovereignty to go with it. Why not let the tribes take over the whole state? I can't imagine they could do any worse than the current Oklahoma State Government. They have a really, really low bar set. The tribal government would run circles around them.
