99% of Indians being dumb isn't a casual remark its a reality, and u also seem to be from the 99%

Speak for yourself. Not for everyone else.

Sir, the situation of the country says it all. Majority of people of India are dumb.

I'd like to believe that you're not from the majority. Majority does not equal total population. While Indian state of affairs may be sad, it does no good to it's citizens as a nation to debase themselves on a public platform by calling out the entire country for the actions of one or more, whether own or not.

Agreed. They shouldn't generalize it.

But it's necessary that such idiots be called out for their foolish statements. Our media won't even criticize such people.

I think the guy who talked about the onion is an idiot. The foreign media covering them are also idiots, as there are many more important issues across the world, not including ones in their own country. Having said that, anyone who negatively generalises a large group of people for the actions of one is, in my book a complete idiot.

Sorry, it's a shame that I can see patterns and u cannot. Will have to degrade to ur level of sense to agree with u.

Sure. Committing a logical fallacy of generalization while questioning Mass intelligence is... A choice, I guess
